Telford & Wrekin Council is responsible for all local government services in the area. Rated as an 'excellent' authority the Council is in the top 10% of local authorities in England. The Council's vision for the Telford & Wrekin community is of:

Shropshire County Primary Care Trust (PCT) was established on 1st April 2002, it is responsible for the delivery of health services to its population.

The Telford and Wrekin PCT is part of the National Health Service. Our role is to progressively improve the health of the population of Telford and Wrekin and to organise quality healthcare services for the population we serve.
