A total of 32 organisations from Telford & Wrekin and Shropshire attended the recent Baseline Review of End of Life Care for People with a Learning Disability. This was supported by The Special Interest Group and End of life Care Team, in conjunction with Taking Part Shropshire & Telford, Severn Hospice, family carers, providers of services and Mencap. |

In total twenty four events took place across Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin to mark WEAAD. It’s great that so many organisations commemorated the day. At SPIC the staff team dressed in purple and ate purple cakes baked by Kallista whilst going about their work.
