SWINE FLU VACCINATIONS FOR STAFF AND CLIENTS

As you will be aware we are expecting a second wave of Swine Flu cases this autumn and winter and in preparation for this the PCTs need to have accurate data on the number of staff and clients who will require vaccination once it becomes available.

I set out below tables to gather the required information and should be grateful if you would complete and return them to me as soon as possible (and by Friday 23rd  October at the latest) in order to ensure that your staff and clients receive a speedy and effective service once vaccinations begin.

We will collate the information received and liaise with both PCTs on behalf of the sector.

Please note that Shropshire Council and Telford & Wrekin Council have asked that SPIC is the main point of contact for the sector when dealing with pandemic flu and I have agreed that, in such cases, we will include non members in our coverage. However non members will not be able to avail themselves of SPIC’s advice and support services. If you would like information on SPIC membership please contact us through the address below
