Sophie joined Shropshire Partners in Care in 2013 as Office/DBS administrator, supporting members with all course and DBS related enquiries. In 2018 Sophie became Recruitment & Retention Project Officer, leading on a 1 year council funded project to support members with their recruitment & retention strategies and promote job/career opportunities within the local area. Sophie is now Project Support Officer and will continue her work around recruitment & retention as well as other relevant projects to support the organisation and its members including DBS countersignatory and support.

Sophie has a Level 3 Diploma in Business & Administration as well as Leadership & Management. She has also gained qualifications in Customer Service, Values Based Recruitment and PR & Social Media.

Sophie is able to support members with all DBS and course queries, including the development of new courses as well as recruitment & retention.
