The role

This is an exciting time to join Shropshire Partners in Care, the care association for Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin, with social care in the spotlight both nationally and locally. We are a not-for-profit organisation representing approximately 240 independent care/nursing homes, supported living and domiciliary care providers in Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin. We are the local voice for the independent adult social care sector and offer a wide range of services for care providers including training, a Disclosure and Barring Service and a wide range of workforce initiatives.

The Clinical Practice Administrator will be part of a team responsible for delivering the administrative function of Shropshire Partners in Care, with a specific focus on supporting our Clinical Practice Education Team, their engagement with our members and any training or events delivered by the Team

About you

You will be methodical and organised with experience of working in a busy office and remotely. Experience of working with data and databases, and with customers, is essential. Focused on providing excellent customer service, able to work independently and as part of a team, you will have excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. You will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
