Shropshire Partners in Care (SPiC) is a not for profit organisation representing approximately 230 independent Nursing, Residential, Supported Living and Domiciliary Care providers in Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin.

We offer a wide range of services for adult social care providers across Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin. These include training, a Disclosure and Barring service and a wide range of workforce initiatives. Shropshire Partners in Care (SPiC) is the local voice for the independent adult social care sector, representing members in discussions and negotiations with the Local Authorities and the NHS.

The Care Workforce Development Partnership (CWDP) sits within Shropshire Partners in Care (SPiC) .
The CWDP brings together local partners to support workforce development in the local area. The aim of the CWDP is to facilitate a co-ordinated approach to workforce development whilst maximising the opportunity to pool resources, knowledge and skills.
