Partners in Care’s suppliers are geographically confined to the United Kingdom, none the less we are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. This policy reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls, which address the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking.

As part of our efforts to identify and mitigate the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking, we shall:

  • Look to build long term relationships with our suppliers and clearly highlight to them our expectations of business behaviour;
  • Look to contract with UK companies or branches whenever possible and ensure that these entities have suitable anti-slavery and human trafficking policies and procedures in place;
  • Encourage the reporting of concerns and provide appropriate support and protection for the reporting Party/s.

We will not support, trade, service or contract with any business knowingly involved in modern slavery or human trafficking. The company’s officers and senior management will take responsibility for implementing this policy statement and its objectives and will provide training and adequate internal communication to ensure that the practice of modern slavery and/or human trafficking is not taking place within Partners in Care or its supply chains.

Review – The effectiveness of this policy and associated arrangements will be reviewed annually under the direct supervision of the company directors.
